GPV has a large community of interest comprising:

 

• 29 Victorian divisions as members
• Commonwealth and State departments of health
• Australian General Practice Network (AGPN) - national peak body
• Peak bodies for divisions (State Based Organisations or SBOs) in other states and territories
• Partnerships with particular organisations including:
  • Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO),
  • Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV)
  • The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital
  • Primary Community and Health Network.  
  • Victorian General Practice Prevention Alliance
  • Victorian General Practice Issues Group (VGPIG)
