Aged Care Facilities
RMMR
From 1 July 2007, aged care facilities are required to have formal agreements with pharmacists to complete 1 Resident Medication Management Review (RMMR) per resident per year and pharmacists supplying services to facilities are required to have formal service agreements with Medicare Australia.
