Information Management Maturity Framework

Overview of the Information Management Maturity Framework (IMMF)

The IMMF is a business analysis tool that has been designed specifically for divisions in Australia to build capacity in IM and enhance service delivery outcomes. With improved IM, divisions will enhance program delivery capacity and create greater opportunities to attract funding.

The IMMF has been developed to provide a nationally consistent and systematic approach for each division to plan and implement improvements in their IM maturity.

IMMF Toolkit

The purpose of the toolkit is to provide a nationally consistent and systematic approach for each division to plan and implement improvements in their IM maturity.

Within a division, the toolkit is used to initiate projects based on the activities, services or products required to achieve specified improvements in maturity against the six elements of IM.
