Human Services Directory (HSD)
The Human Services Directory (HSD), funded by DHS, provides GP contact data for Victorian public and private hospitals. Up-to-date GP contact details are essential for the transfer of patient information from hospital to GPs and to enable co-ordinated patient care. The HSD is managed by DCA( Database Consultants Australia.)
