Incorporating the following three components:

1) CEO Network
The objectives of the CEO Network are to provide an opportunity for CEOs to:

• share with each other effective strategies for enhancing divisions� functioning;
• have a dialogue with key stakeholders; and
• participate in professional development on management issues. 
  
   

2) Health policy reform and primary care service delivery
The sessions� objectives are:

• In the context of health system reform, to discuss existing and potential arrangements for primary care health service delivery and divisions� roles in relation to them.
• To identify some good practice examples of divisions� work to improve coordinated primary care.
• To help develop messages for advocacy to state or commonwealth to inform and influence their deliberations about health system reform. 

Key note speakers include:

• David Panter, Executive Director, Statewide Service Strategy, South Australian Department of Health, on SA�s GP Plus strategy
• Assoc Prof Gawaine Powell Davies, Director, Centre for Primary Health Care & Equity, University of NSW on what elements we need for better coordinated, accessible, high quality primary medical care.
• Division CEOs and GPs will present on some local initiatives that bridge the state-commonwealth divide, and link general practice strongly into care arrangements.
