This workshop will showcase effective PCIP practice and how it is lining up now that work plans are completed. It will look at the state ICDM agenda and the parallels with PCIP. It will also look at collegiate, relationship building and management especially in relationship to consortia, PCPs and Allied Health Service Providers. We will also present the program logic findings.
