Tailoring Individualised Statistical Reports

Individually tailored MBS & PBS uptake reports by divisions can be generated from the HIC website.  This information is current and reports for specific items can be produced by month, quarter, or financial year.

Example 1

To create a report for your division on the uptake of care planning for June-Dec 2002:

1. Follow the prompts from the drop down menus ie select division and time periods
2. Click 'Create Report'
3. Choose the MBS Category: 1 - Professional Attendances
4. Scroll down the first column entitled 'Group' to A15 Multidisciplinary Care Plans and Case Conferences

Example 2

To create a report for your division on the uptake of HMR (Home Medication Review) for June-Dec 2002:

1. Follow the prompts from the drop down menus ie select division and time periods
2. Click 'Create Report'
3. Choose the MBS Category: 1 - Professional Attendances
4. Scroll down the first column entitled 'Group' to A17 Domiciliary Medication Management Review (DMMR)
