ACIR

This package describes and provides the tools for a systematic approach to reconciling ACIR data with the records held by local government and general practice and following up children who are overdue for immunisation(s).
This package includes:

  • ACIRUPDATE database
This database was developed by Whitehorse Division of General Practice and modified by GPDV, Inner Eastern Melbourne Division and de Fig's Computer Solutions.
  • ACIRUPDATE User Guide June 2001
Is the user guide for the ACIRUPDATE database as well as giving a brief history of the development of the database.
The user guide targets two main audiences:
    • staff at local councils and divisions of general practice; and
    • staff using the ACIRUPDATE database.

Please consider the package as a 'working document'. Your feedback and experience of using it will help improve the process and the package. For a copy of the ACIRUPDATE User Guide June 2001 please email Belinda Caldwell, Population Health Coordinator and Immunisation Program Officer: b.caldwell@gpdv.com.au.
