Anthea is the Project & Digital Content Officer involved with EGRRS and will provide an overview of the project. Fiona is with IP Systems, the ISP for EGRRS, and will discuss security protocols.

Voice Over Internet Telephony (VOIP)

Michael will give an overview of VOIP and how and in what circumstances businesses are using VOIP to save money. He will also outline the advantages and disadvantages of Skype.

Update on IMIT  developments in Victoria

Messaging Systems in Use in Victoria
Lenora Lippmann, GPDV

The whole group will map the use of different messaging systems or tools across the State (eg Healthlink, ARGUS, CNS, Connecting Care, Infoexchange, Securedome, E-query, Medical Objects) so divisions can know who to talk to about the relative merits of different systems.
