Structural Efficiency
Bill Newton, CEO GPDV. What does the structural efficiency approach mean for divisions? Some models of work done in divisions relating to the development of structural efficiencies.

Nancye Piercey, CEO of the Riverina Division will speak on their 12 division HR Management work.

Pat Crowe, Chair of the Whitehorse Division will speak on their General Practitioner Support Services, and how it has enhanced their capacity.

The three Tasmanian divisions will describe their joint work on structural efficiency, and the issues it has raised.  Workshop session to identify some key areas for Victorian divisions to explore. Elvie Hales, Sue Moir and Phil Edmondson.

Staffing Structures and Extending Capacity
